The following rates apply to the entire house for exclusive use.

All rates are per night for the entire house for exclusive use.
The rates apply for occupancy of up to 6 guests. From the 7th guest (aged 13 and over), an additional charge per person and night applies as listed above. Children up to and including 12 years stay free of this surcharge.
During the winter school holidays, as well as over Christmas and New Year, the house is rented on a weekly basis only.
Local tourist tax is not included and will be charged separately.
Final cleaning
A one-time final cleaning fee of € 300 applies.
Linen service (optional)
As linen service is not included by default, guests may optionally book a linen package:
• Towels (1 bath towel & 1 hand towel per person): € 10
• Bed linen including sheets per person: € 12
Prices are per person per stay.
Guests are welcome to bring their own bed linen and/or towels.
MINIMUM STAY
Christmas & New Year: 7 nights
Winter School Holidays (Austria) & Easter: 7 nights
Ski Opening: 4 nights
Summer Holidays: 5 nights
Mid & Low Seasons: 3 nights
